Make Your Own Fertilizer
Ekokompost™ stimulates and increases the efficiency of every type of compost bin or heap, both indoors and outdoors.
The resulting compost contains numerous substances that support plant growth and inhibit water loss during drought (osmoprotectants). It also becomes a suitable fertilizer for all garden plants and seedlings, enriching them with essential nutrients and minerals.
Faster Composting
Ekokompost™ is a microbiological fertilizer preparation intended for composting organic waste.
It contains carefully selected natural strains of bacteria characterized by rapid decomposition of a wide spectrum of organic matter, including grass, leaves and needles.
It is 100% natural, without any artificial additives. It is also safe for humans, animals, and the environment. It does not harm or have bad influence on beneficial organisms present in the composter (e.g. earthworms) and provides nutrition for microorganisms.
No More Bad Smells
Compost fermentation is accompanied by a natural process of releasing various smells. However, when the composter does not work properly it may emit an unpleasant, irritating odour and other olfactory sensations that we would prefer to avoid in our garden.
Ekokompost™ eliminates unpleasant odours from the composter.
Its organic, biodegradable formula introduces beneficial composting bacteria into the composter. It also nourishes and supports the microorganisms already present in the compost. The end result is a fertile compost full of minerals to use in our gardens… And it is neutral to our noses!
Active All Year Round
Ekokompost™ works effectively in a wide range of temperatures. It can be applied in all seasons, as long as the ambient temperature is at least 4°C.
This biopreparation is safe and easy to use in all types of composters: wooden, pallet, plastic, concrete, garden, kitchen, as well as simply placed on a compost heap.
It is also an effective compost activator for starting new composters.
Easy to Use
1. Sprinkle Ekokompost™ evenly on the composter. 400 g is sufficient for 4 m3 of compost material.
2. Pour some water to moisturize the compost bin.
It’s done!
3. Ekokompost™ works best if the compost is well areated and moist. Don’t let it dry out or become overwatered. Turn or mix your compost material every week or two.
4. Repeat previous steps every few weeks or after adding large amounts of material to your composter. Composting speed is dependent on ambient temperature.
